Exchange & Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for any return shipping, customs duties, or related charges unless otherwise agreed by Maria Shaikh.
As most of our garments are made-to-order, customized, or produced in limited quantities, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. Exceptions may be made only for verified defects, incorrect items, or other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Product Information & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and other content displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Maria Shaikh reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders if any product information, pricing, or availability details are found to be incorrect. In such cases, customers will be contacted regarding the next steps.
Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Maria Shaikh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Pricing or content errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Payment authorization issues
• Limitations on quantities purchased
Additional verification or information may be requested before an order is approved and processed.
Shipping & Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance purposes only.
Ready-to-wear items may be dispatched sooner, while luxury formal, bridal, and customized outfits may require additional production time. Although we make every effort to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
Maria Shaikh cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility. Maria Shaikh has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount. International shipments may also be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
Garment Care Instructions
All Maria Shaikh garments are designed to be dry clean only.
To maintain the quality, color, embellishments, and craftsmanship of your outfit, we strongly recommend professional dry cleaning. Damage caused by hand washing, machine washing, bleaching, ironing at excessive temperatures, or improper garment care will not be covered under our exchange or return policy.
Maria Shaikh shall not be liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, discoloration, or damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for legitimate business purposes, including order processing, customer support, and service improvement.
